Views, search and filters
The same set of board tasks can be viewed in different views and narrowed down with search and filters. The view switcher is in the toolbar.
Views
| View | Description |
|---|---|
| Board | Kanban: tasks in status columns, moved by drag-and-drop. |
| Table | A list of tasks with columns, sorting and bulk operations. |
| Archive | Archived tasks of the board. |
Switching the view does not change the set of tasks or access rights to them.
Table view
Table columns: Task (type icon, name, link indicator, assignee, comments, checklist progress), Due date, Priority, Tags, Status and the … context menu. At the bottom — the total number of tasks and pagination (10 per page).
Actions: clicking the name opens the task; clicking the header of the Task, Due date, Priority or Status column sorts the list (ascending → descending → reset).

Task context menu
The … button in a row opens: Full screen, Copy link, Related tasks, Watch, Change status, Archive.
Bulk operations
Select several tasks with checkboxes — the Bulk operations button appears: Reassign, Watch, Archive, Change status.
Search
Full-text search finds tasks by name, description and comments and works in any view.
- Enter a query in the search field (at least 2 characters).
- Search runs automatically or on pressing Enter or selecting a suggestion.
Below the field, recent queries are shown (local history, last 10). The cross resets the search.
When a search is performed, previously applied filters are reset.
Filters
The Filters button opens the parameters panel; if a filter is active, its icon is highlighted and the number of applied conditions is shown next to it. The Clear filters button removes all conditions.
Selection is available by: status, assignee and author, priority, tags, department, creation date and due date, description. Quick conditions: Watching, My department, Overdue, Assigned by me, No assignee.

Filtering by related tasks
On the kanban board you can filter the board by the links of a specific task using drag-and-drop:
- Start dragging a task card — a drop zone with the hint "Drag a task here to see related" appears in the filters panel area.
- Drop the card in this zone. The board keeps the source task and tasks related to it, and a chip with the source name appears in the panel.
- By default the Full hierarchy mode is active (up to 3 nesting levels). Switch to First level to keep only directly related tasks.
Each related card is marked with a coloured label showing the link type and level (for example, "Parent · Level 1"). Only one such filter is active at a time; it persists on page refresh and view switching. Remove it with the cross on the chip.
